- Navigate to the Dashboard section
- By default you will be in the member directory
- Search for the member you’re looking for by typing part or all of the person’s first or last name, searching by email address, ID #, or by phone number (no dashes or parentheses)
- Click the Info button on the member record you want to view
- Personal Info tab = edit/view personal information (editing capability is district-dependent)
- Activity = announcements or direct messages to/from the member
- Permissions = ability to promote memberships or customize access within the app
Note: Member information is populated from your SIS. Editing or deleting member information will not edit, remove or deactivate the member in the SIS.
