Admins should be able to access Signal Kit/Communications in the event of an emergency. Therefore, if you need to send messaging and you're having trouble accessing it through the Aeries portal, please follow these steps to gain access:

  1. Access:  https://app.signalkit.com/reset-password/request/  
  2. Enter your district email address
  3. This will send you an email where you can create/reset a password and access the system outside of the portal at any time
